Mesquite bowl bottom

The bottom. You can see that none of the feet match. That's ok it is no where near symmetrical. Art is sometimes haphazard. You can see the Turquoise canyon from here. That bark came out as I was carving, I love how that happens with mesquite. You'll be carving into something and then an imperfection comes out that would ruin the piece for a carpenter but just adds all kinds of character to a piece like this.
